  • How to book

    1. Write us an email with following information: *Please replace (at) with @.
      • Name (if your hotel reservation name is different, please let us know that as well)
      • Start date of use (date of receipt) & Date of return
      • If pick up at hotel check-in: Your hotel in Japan & check-in date *if you are staying at an APA hotel, please also provide your hotel reservation number

      • If pick up upon arrival at the airport: Your arrival airport, flight no. & estimated arrival time
    2. We will inform you of the availability & price. Payment in advance by bank transfer or cash in our office in EUR. No need to print or present the voucher upon pick up.
    3. Pick up your pocket WiFi in Japan: At your hotel check-in or at the airport upon arrival. It’s ready to use!
    4. Return: At the end of your trip, use the prepaid envelope included with your order. The envelope can be mailed from any Japanese postal box as well as airport postal box before departing Japan.

Suica card

Suica is a rechargeable electronic ticket for various modes of transport in Japan. Please check the one of the official websites for details on how to use a Suica card.

    • The a card is ready to use and has a credit balance of JPY 2000 (including a deposit of JPY 500).
    • To get the deposit back, you must return your card in Tokyo (or departure point in Japan) at JR East Company counters only.
    • Please note that you cannot cancel (return) a cards after purchase.

  • How to buy

    For visits to our branch office:

    • By prior appointment only (Mon-Thu, 10am-12pm, excluding Austrian public holidays)
    • Payment: cash or Bankomat at the office

    By post:

    • Within Austria, an additional €20 postage and administration fee applies.
    • Outside Austria, please contact us. Some countries may not be able to send.
    • Payment: advance payment by bank transfer
    • As soon as we have received your payment, we will send your Suica card by EMS
